Gas Mass Flow Regulator (MFC) (182413)

The Mass flow Regulator (MFC) type 8626 is suitable for regulating the mass flow of large volumes of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is located directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction time. The Burkert proportional direct-acting valve as an executive organ provides high sensitivity when triggered. The integrated PI controller provides excellent MFC control characteristics. The calibration of the type 8626 regulator is performed for two different types of gas that the user switches. Both analog standard signals and field buses are available as electrical interfaces. Due to its low sensitivity to contamination and high degree of IP protection, the type 8626 regulator is suitable for use in harsh operating conditions, for example, in areas such as burner control systems, heat treatment, metallurgy, food processing, environmental protection, coating of various materials, fuel cell systems or test benches.
