Gas Mass Flow Regulator (MFC)/Gas Mass Flow Meter (MFM) (316756)

The mass flow regulator/mass flow meter, type 8745, is used to regulate the mass flow of gases in large volumes. Depending on the needs, the type 8745 device can be used as a mass flow regulator (MFC) or as a mass flow meter (MFM). Additionally, calibration of four different gases is available. The Inline temperature sensor, located directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction time. The Burkert proportional direct-acting valve as an executive organ provides high sensitivity when triggered. The integrated PI controller provides excellent MFC control characteristics. As a mass flow regulator, the type 8745 device is available in two versions: with an electromagnetic proportional valve and with a proportional valve powered by an electric motor.
