Prysmian TENAX-CTE Shaft Cable low voltage (0.6 - 1 kV) for powering mobile equipment in underground mining, withstands heavy mechanical loads, extreme bending stress, but without excessive stretching (laying in cable chains is recommended).

Technical characteristics of the shaft cable Prysmian TENAX-CTE:

Number of conductive cores: 3;
Core cross-section: up to 150 mm2;
Core diameter: up to 17.1 mm;
Conductor: copper, tinned, thin-wire (0.3 mm);
Configuration: flexible conductor, ground wires in copper (tinned) braid and conductive tape;
Vein markings: black, gray, brown, control blue;
Insulation: based on ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), type 3GI3 compound;
Inner shell: semi-conductive rubber;
Control cores: copper/steel (expansion and compression are typical), insulated with a layer of ethylene propylene rubber (EPR);
Protective layer: anti-friction braid made of polyester yarns;
Outer shell: rubber of special composition, analog 5GM5, color yellow;
The maximum permissible temperature for the conductor: +90 C;
Stationary temperature: -40 °C ... +80 °C;
Movable temperature: -25 °C ... +60 °C;
