A special feature of Varisco Vtrm series pumps is the absence of any seal (mechanical, oil seal). This series implements the principle of a magnetic coupling, which eliminates any contact between the pumped liquid and the atmosphere.
Unlike centrifugal pumps, gear pumps with a magnetic coupling ensure gentle pumping of both easily flowing and highly viscous liquids, as well as the greatest explosion protection (no evaporation). This series is widely used for pumping solvents (phenol, xylene), isocyanates, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, benzene and other aggressive organic liquids.
Hermetic pumping is necessary not only for explosive liquids, but also for expensive liquids or liquids that react with air when in contact with it.
