A line of synchronous linear motors LP with excitation from permanent magnets from Oswald Elektromotoren GmbH It has a direct drive design with a cylindrical design. Due to the special features of the structure and the flow of motion, they are ideal for linear movement over short distances (up to 200 mm) without backlash and mechanical clearance. Their operation is characterized by a high level of dynamism and feed strength, as well as low noise. This series is completely maintenance-free, not subject to wear, bearings with lifetime lubrication are installed.
High-efficiency liquid cooling is available as standard, and an air-cooled version for heat dissipation is also available on request. A second shaft is optionally installed at the opposite end. Flange mounting, other options on request. In general, the configuration of the motors can be changed and maximally adapted to specific production conditions and requirements.
There is also a modification LP /TF With rotational motion capabilities, it is a combination of linear motors of this line with high-torque rotary motors TF series.
