Milling motor spindles series 2SP1 from Siemens They are compact electric motors with built-in tool holders, clamping and unlocking mechanisms, special bearings and other structural elements inherent in this type of equipment. It combines perfectly with SINAMICS S120 converters in terms of performance.

A technologically and economically more advantageous solution compared to traditional belt drives. High rates of speed and dynamics of processes, fast tool change, exceptional structural rigidity and ease of installation.

The model range is divided into two design options:

• synchronous motors 2SP120 With the HSK A63 holder and a diameter of 200 mm, high-speed operation with low torque values, especially suitable for light metal processing, analog and digital sensors are used to monitor the condition of the clamp
• synchronous and asynchronous motors 2SP125 with a SK 40 holder and a diameter of 250 mm, high torque, mainly used for processing steel and casting work, digital sensors for monitoring the condition of the clamp, optionally possible interfaces for BT 40, CAT 40, HSK A63 tools
