Series of servomotors AKMH from the company Kollmorgen It was designed specifically for operation in difficult production conditions. Firstly, their body is made of 316 stainless steel, which makes it possible to constantly clean them with detergents and work with high humidity. Secondly, the degree of protection of the shell makes them completely impervious to dust and water. Thirdly, the streamlined design without pockets, cracks and irregularities helps to effectively combat pollution and maintain proper sanitary and hygienic condition of the equipment. They are not afraid of daily flushing with hot water, under high pressure and with the use of chemically aggressive substances.
The model range consists of nineteen combinations of dimensions of diameter and length. Various mounting options are available (front, IEC or NEMA flange), cable connections are designed for direct connection to the drive family AKD. Optionally, a brake assembly can be installed. The cable can be adjusted to a length of up to 15 meters without the use of docking junction boxes, the shell is resistant to aggressive factors.
