Brushless synchronous DC electric motors series HW from the company Parker (Parvex) they do not have a frame, patented technology, are used to equip spindle equipment for mechanical processing. It is characterized by high torque values at low operating speeds, maintains constant power throughout the entire speed range, and rapid acceleration. The package includes three components: a rotor (with permanent magnets), a stator and a resolver. Cooling is carried out using a water jacket. To protect against overheating, there is a safety switch (triggered when 125 ° C is reached). The winding has a plastic coating to protect against mechanical influences and better heat transfer.
