Frameless synchronous servo motors with permanent magnets series TKW from Parker It is a direct drive in the form of an embedded rotor and stator for direct integration into a production plant. This technical solution significantly reduces the cost of re-equipment, simplifies the design of the drive, reduces overall maintenance and space costs. This series is characterized by exceptional accuracy, high torque values (up to 21700 Nm) at low speeds, and structural rigidity. The main industries and applications for the TKW range of servomotors are operations for forming and machining materials and products, tool machines, and the paper industry.
Multi-pole structure for maximum fine tuning, the rotor has from 30 to 120 magnetic poles. Highly efficient water cooling system, other variations can be made on request, but with lower operating power values. To monitor temperature parameters, the stator winding is equipped with PTC and KTY thermal sensors. The structure is fixed by means of screw mounting, threaded holes are provided along the periphery. TKW servo motors are perfectly combined with Parker's AC890SD series of frequency converters, optimal operating efficiency.
