Explosion protection of gearboxes of the Compabloc (Cb), Orthobloc (Ot), Manubloc (Mub), Multibloc (Mb) series is provided by types of explosion protection: structural safety protection "c" according to GOST 31441.5-2011 (EN 13463-5:2003), liquid immersion protection "k" according to GOST 31441.8-2011 (EN 13463-8:2003) and the design in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31441.1-2011 (EN 13463-1:2001).
Protection against ignition of combustible dust by gearboxes of the Compabloc (Cb), Orthobloc (Ot), Manubloc Mub), Multibloc (Mb) series is ensured by meeting the requirements of GOST R IEC 60079-31-2010 gearboxes and their design in accordance with the requirements of GOST R IEC 60079-0-2011.
Scope of application – explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with the marking of explosion protection or the marking of protection against ignition of combustible dust in accordance with GOST IEC 600079-14-20011, regulating the use of equipment in explosive zones or in areas dangerous for ignition of combustible dust.
