T-reg is an integrated solution that combines an electric heater, a heat exchanger and connecting pipelines. The concept is designed for applications that require fast and accurate temperature control to ensure high performance and quality (for example, in the plastic molding industry).
Integrated into a single unit, T-reg offers an electric heater that gives the plastic mass, the desired viscosity, a single-phase water-water heat exchanger that cools the molds to harden the plastic, and all the necessary pipelines between the two. The result is a compact, easy-to-install solution that provides extremely precise temperature control. The same envelope is used for all models that offer up to 12 kW of heating and 70 kW of cooling (at 20 °C inlet temperature and 30 l/min of cooling water). The block has an area of 250×200×80 mm.
