SRV Brake Resistors

SRV series power resistors with various power ranges and IP20 degree of protection are designed for use in conjunction with frequency converters in lifting and other mechanisms requiring dynamic braking. The resistors are similar in characteristics to the SRX series, but due to the reduction of the degree of protection to IP20, they have a higher heat dissipation.

Marking of SRV brake resistors:

  • SRV01-XXX, where:
  • SRV - series designation
  • 01 - resistor power of 1 kW, 02 - 2 kW, 03 - 3 kW, 04-4 kW, etc.)
  • XXX is the designation of the required resistance in tenths, for example 050 - 5 ohms, 500 - 50 ohms, etc.

There is a standard range of gradation in resistance, it is also possible to manufacture for any resistance. Specify the required power and resistance in the order.

General characteristics of SRV brake resistors:
