This device is a special vibration motor built into various equipment.
The fastening is carried out between two mounting flanges. In this case, the mounting position of the engine can be any. Lateral fluctuations are also acceptable.
Depending on the operating requirements, it is possible to adapt centrifugal loads with respect to adjustability and operating torque. They are not included in the delivery package and must be ordered separately.
Centrifugal loads of an open type must be enclosed by the customer in a shell. If this requirement is not met, there is a risk of accidents! If necessary, protective covers can be ordered for mounting on mounting flanges.
The bearings of the special design NJ 409 are lubricated with a special lubricant, which will ensure long-term operation of the device. The lubrication nipples located on the outside allow you to add lubricant.
The motor can operate in continuous operation mode, taking into account the permissible value of the current consumption. As a protection against overheating, posistors are built in serially.
Standard voltage: 400 V · 50 Hz. It is possible to supply motors designed for special voltage parameters.
Degree of protection: IP X4 · Heat resistance class F
Terminal box: IP 65
