Three-phase electric motors of the German company EMOD ENGINES they have a phase rotor with installed contact rings, and have a high starting torque, which is sometimes necessary for the operation of production equipment. All electric drives of this model range combine the general design of the housing with longitudinal stiffeners and at the same time are a surface cooling system. The installation of a forced cooling system is also available to the company's customers as an option. The durable cast base, end shields and cylindrical shaft, as well as ball bearings are made of high-strength steels. In turn, the insulation of the high-voltage winding is performed using VPI technology, using the method of impregnation under pressure in a vacuum. Also in the engines of this series, it is possible to install protection against the penetration of foreign objects, industrial dust and water. In addition to the standard version of electric drives, any type of modifications of housings and shafts, and installation of additional equipment are available on request.
Due to the minimum noise level and maintenance costs, electric motors EMOD ENGINES, simple and reliable. The welded housing is located on an integrated base plate, the design is optimized for the best ventilation. In the course of daily operation in large industrial enterprises, the robust design of the engines, combined with a high level of protection from moisture and dust, is always the key to highly efficient operation. Additionally, at the request of the customer, the engines can be equipped with temperature sensors.
