Sealed electric motors EMOD ENGINES The TM and TMB series structurally consist of a stainless steel housing, a stator, a shaft on which the rotor is mounted, which, by means of a special semi-spherical button installed in accordance with DIN ISO 8 821, undergoes preliminary dynamic balancing. The drives also have leading and driven semi-couplings, a protective shield, bearings and a rubber membrane. Further, during the operation of the electric motor, permanent magnets installed in the driving and driven semi-couplings create magnetic fields, after the interaction of which the torque is transmitted from the shaft of the electric motor to the shaft of the working mechanism. The protective shield located between the semi-couplings, as can be seen from the term, serves to isolate the internal cavity of the engine from the effects of environmental elements, in turn, the drive cavity is filled with a special liquid, the thermal expansion of which is compensated by means of a rubber membrane. Thus, the possibility of depressurization of the engine is eliminated precisely in cases where there is a risk of exposure to mechanical loads and hydraulic shocks and stable operation is ensured under the required operating conditions throughout the entire service life. As an option, a monitoring system in the form of a temperature sensor and a disconnecting device (special relay) can be installed on sealed drives, which can be switched off automatically when the engine reaches a critical temperature during operation.
