Series CSMA and HCMA They are compact combinations of angular gearboxes with worm and worm-cylindrical gears and three-phase Croise motors with a power of up to 5.5 kW manufactured by Tsubaki. Thanks to the particularly careful worm and gear processing technology, they have proven themselves to be reliable and silent drives with a long service life. This type of reduction is characterized by increased resistance to mechanical stress.
The model range consists of eight standard sizes with one- and two-stage gear configurations, providing a wide range of gear ratios. Lightweight aluminum engine housing design, enclosed design with self-ventilation cooling by an installed radial fan on the shaft. Foot mounting, direct or flanged connection, in the standard version are suitable only for horizontal mounting positioning, with the exception of sizes 13 - 28 of the CSMA series for which there are no restrictions on the choice of position. Versions of the motor are available with or without a built-in brake block, as well as a wide range of optional features.
