Tsubak Angle ReducersI series HDR and their motorized versions HDM They have a conical-cylindrical energy transfer mechanism and are represented by a wide range of models in two-, three- and four-stage configurations. These are high-power and extremely reliable units for various applications, especially for heavy industry, in particular for rubber extruders, container carriers, stacker cranes, silt scrapers, etc.

The housing for small dimensions 000 - 030 is made of gray cast iron or optionally with spherical graphite, models with dimensions over are made of particularly durable ductile iron. Super-rigid structure reinforced with ribs, double sealing system, the method used for lubrication of bearings is an oil bath. The series with an integrated motor (up to 37 kW) can be equipped with various types of braking systems and other functional elements at the discretion of the customer.

The model range consists of ten standard sizes for optimal selection of power characteristics. At the output there is a solid (including double) or hollow shaft, as well as a hollow shaft with a Power-Lock attachment. The gearbox can be installed both horizontally and vertically, several types of mounting positions are available.
