The control head of the 8695 model is designed for decentralized automation of direct-flow pneumatic valves ELEMENT 21xx of small nominal diameter. The position of the valve is determined by a non-contact analog sensor, which, upon commissioning, automatically recognizes and stores the final positions of the valve using the training function. The built-in pilot valve controls single-acting or double-acting actuators. The design of the control head and servo drive is specially designed for the technological conditions of hygienic processes and allows you to organize an internal supply of working air without external flexible pipelines. In addition to the electrical position alarm, the status of the device is displayed on the control head by means of a colored LED. AS an option, you can select the AS communication interface. The housing consists of materials resistant to chemicals, is easy to clean and corresponds to the degree of protection of the shell for use in hygienic equipment of the food and pharmaceutical industries. In combination with Burkert actuators of the ELEMENT series, the pneumatic control system provides ventilation of the spring installation cavity, while preventing contamination of the actuator chambers from the environment.
