The VEGAFLEX 61 level gauge is designed for continuous level measurement of liquids and light bulk products in any industry. The level gauge can be used on liquids in storage tanks or level gauge columns, as well as on bulk products in small silos. All instruments are supplied with the factory setting for the ordered probe length.
The principle of operation
High-frequency microwave pulses are directed along the probe in the form of a cable or rod and reflected from the surface of the product. The time from transmission to reception of the signal is proportional to the level of the product in the container.
