The VEGAFLEX 67 level gauge in rod, cable or coaxial versions is designed for continuous measurement of the level of the phase separation. The level gauge can be used to measure the interfacial level in separators and settling tanks.
The principle of operation
High-frequency microwave pulses are directed along the probe, partially reflected from the surface of the upper product, and partially penetrate through the layer of the upper product and reflected from the interface. The device processes the values of the signal transit time to both phase surfaces.
