The VEGAPULS 63 level gauge is designed for use on liquids in storage tanks and process tanks under difficult process conditions in the chemical, petrochemical and processing industries.
The principle of operation
Short microwave pulses are transmitted through the antenna system and re-received by it after reflection from the surface of the product. The time from transmission to reception of the signal is proportional to the product level. A special signal processing procedure ensures the reliability and accuracy of the measurement.
