Vertical pumps with frequency control
A vertical multistage centrifugal pump with suction and discharge nozzles located on the same level (the so-called "in-line"), which provides the possibility of installation in a horizontal single-pipe system. The base and head of the pump are made of cast iron - all other parts in contact with the pumped product are made of stainless steel. The shaft cartridge seal provides high reliability, safe use and easy maintenance and access. The rotation is transmitted through a detachable coupling. Connection to the pipeline using a combination of flanges according to DIN-standard JIS. The pump is equipped with an air-cooled synchronous permanent magnet electric motor. The electric motor includes a frequency converter and a PI controller in the terminal box. This ensures constant smooth control of the motor speed, as well as the ability to adjust the performance characteristics in accordance with the specified requirements.
