VHN are electric high—frequency deep vibrators for concrete compaction. The VHN range of deep vibrators is characterized by high centrifugal force, constant speed and increased wear resistance, which allows them to be used for processing even the thickest types of concrete and in continuous operation.

Description

• VHN electric high-frequency deep vibrators (standard series) consist of a vibrating head, an electric cable with a switch 10 meters long and a reinforced hose 5 meters long.
• A high-frequency electric motor built into the vibrating head creates a large centrifugal force.
• The vibrators have a plastic box (IP 66 protection) made of polyamide with a switch protected by a reinforced gasket, resistant to continuous use and wear.

Function

The significantly increased sealing ability makes it possible to quickly remove air bubbles without stratification of components, of which
