BRECON high-frequency vibrators generate amplitudes from 6,000 revolutions per minute. for standard wet casting applications and up to 9,000-12,000. for specific requirements such as, for example, in large concrete structures.
Wet cast concrete is only reinforced at frequencies from 4,500 to 6,000 rpm with proper quality. Only the correct frequency guarantees perfect sealing without the risk of disaggregation. With a variable drive, it is possible to determine the optimal frequency where concrete is combined in the shortest possible time and with maximum density.
