The principle of operation

The vibrator is a three-phase asynchronous motor with a short-circuited rotor. Adjustable unbalances are installed at the ends of the shaft, which create a driving force during their rotation. To be able to control the power of the driving force, the debalances at both ends of the EV-401 shaft are double. They are adjusted by changing the angle between the running and static element. The forced force is 2.5 - 5.0 kN.
