It makes sense to use models of increased reliability at high loads and long-term inclusions, and this happens only in production.In the production of vibrators of this category, the working life was increased 3-5 times. Dust and moisture protection indicators have been improved, winding strength, selective assembly and cast iron shields have been increased. When working with high-reliability vibrators, it is possible to operate a frequency converter that allows for a change in vibration frequencies (within acceptable values).
