In order to immerse and extract metal or other elements of various structures from the ground (rails, pipes, rolled steel of other profiles: corner, channel, beam, etc.), the plant has developed a vibration loader for immersion or extraction of rails of type P50 or P65 from the ground. The vibration loader uses an original wedge-shaped, changeable, depending on the type of rail, headrest design (a mechanism for rigid rail attachment).
If it is necessary to immerse (extract) other profiles with minor modification (by the customer or by constructive modification of the manufacturer), the capabilities of the specified vibration loader are expanded. Unlike the well-known vibration loaders of the VP, WU and GRP types, designed for large structures and having separate electric motors with a capacity from 40 to 200 kW as an electric drive to the vibration block, the vibration loader of the structure is equipped with highly reliable electromechanical vibrators without intermediate synchronization nodes and rotation transmission nodes to the vibration block. Vibratory loaders can be equipped with vibrators powered by a safe voltage network up to 42 V or another voltage using a protective disconnecting device.
When equipped with a power source (mobile or portable power plant), it is possible to carry out work in the shortest possible time, with low labor costs and limited need for expensive mechanisms in any developed area. If necessary, in agreement with the customer, other designs of vibratory loaders are possible for specific profiles with different cross-sectional areas, which will allow for vibratory loaders with a small operating weight.
