High-efficiency screw compressors of the series Go away (with constant rotation speed) and Allegro (with frequency-controlled speed) in versions of dimensions 132 - 315. Their design features and improved functionality ensure outstanding application results in a wide range of industries, reliability and maximum performance over a long service life. The screw unit is connected to an electric motor (premium energy efficiency - IE3) through a reliable gear reducer, excellent balancing of vibration and mechanical loads. Precise regulation of the compression and feeding process for rational organization of energy consumption and cost reduction, even greater resource savings can be achieved with the optional energy recovery system of the hydraulic cooling circuit, a simple mechanical unit that does not require maintenance.
Both series have a practical modular design and relatively low noise characteristics. For ease of maintenance, the housing is equipped with removable panels providing direct access to technical nodes. The intelligent Air Control 5.1 interface with extensive functionality and a high-resolution graphical screen is used to control the compressor. The powerful ventilation system maintains an acceptable temperature level even in harsh conditions (up to 46 °C). The air is carefully filtered at the inlet to avoid a negative effect on the screw mechanism, at the outlet the flow passes through an oil separator. The package also includes a cyclone type separator designed to remove condensate.
