Series Low Pressure Screw Pumps TRILUB TRE from the company Allweiler They are designed to work with oils of various natures in hydraulic systems and general industrial installations. Self-priming, they are used in applications with low and medium flow rates in a wide range of industry areas. The design of the pump rotor is based on three screws: one main drive screw and two idling screws for sealing. The rotation of the screws is carried out without mechanical action relative to each other, which allows you to maintain low noise and vibration. All structural components are perfectly balanced, axial loads are smoothed out, radial loads are excluded.
Built-in mechanical shaft seal, there is a pressure relief control valve for overload protection. A support platform, a bracket or a flange connection is used for installation. Standard electric motors are used for the drive, direct connection.
Pumping liquids: natural and synthetic oils, hydraulic fluids.
Limitations: no abrasive particles, contact with chemically aggressive agents.
Areas of application: oil industry, mechanical engineering, pressure generation in hydraulics, supply of lubricants in various technological processes.
