Drives with rotating rings Uhing series RG/ARG they work on the principle of converting the rotation of a shaft with a round profile into reciprocating movements with wide possibilities for fine-tuning the pitch. Outstanding efficiency and dynamics of work, low maintenance requirements. The main areas for the application of these mechanisms are the following production processes: winding and laying of tape materials, surface treatment, packaging, positioning technology, transformation and feeding of movements, synchronous cutting, measurements and numerous other operations.
The RG version includes only the clamshell unit itself, which is equipped with a scale for adjustment (from 1 to 10), an assembly platform and a freewheel lever. The ARG version is a fully equipped installation with a shaft, bearing blocks, guides and adjustable end stops.
Various modifications of components are available to order, in particular 6 types of reverse mechanisms, 3 types of pitch adjustment devices, a mechanical or pneumatic free movement lever, additional options and accessories on request.
