Series Control unit PC 90/03 from Woywod Plasticolor designed to work with single volumetric feed dispensers, it is used to synchronize the operation of the device with the extruder and is equipped with a potentiometer to determine the number of revolutions.All systems are made in a standard plastic housing with dimensions of 240 x 120 x 100 mm (h x w x d), all available controls are located on the front panel.
The functionality is provided by a digital potentiometer (3-digit) for setting the rotation speed, to indicate the current state of operation /stop/overload, there is a segment with 3 signal LEDs, and an emergency alert is provided. A backlit start and off button. Powered by a single phase with a voltage of 230 V (50 Hz).
The range of models is represented by four versions with various extensions:
- PC 90/03-101 - basic design;
- PC 90/03-201 - modification with built-in 4-character digital screen for speed display (rpm);
- PC 90/03-301 - modification with a built-in synchronizer for docking with the operating mode of the extruder by removing data from tachogenerators;
- PC 90/03-401 - modification of the control unit with a display (rotation speed) and a synchronizer.
