Purpose of the 3MP gear motor:
Planetary gear motors of one-, two–, three–stage sizes 3MP–31.5, 3MP–40, 3MP–50, are designed to reduce the speed and transfer torque to general machinery mechanisms, excluding mechanisms for lifting cargo.
Conditions of use of 3MP gear motors:
- the mode of operation is long—lasting, with a duration of up to 24 hours /day;
- the load is constant and variable (within the nominal torque) in one direction and reversible; altitude above sea level — up to 1000 m;
- the external environment is non—aggressive, non-explosive with a non-conductive dust content of up to 10 mg/m3;
- climatic version Y — temperate climate,
- placement category 3 — operation in rooms where fluctuations in temperature and humidity are significantly less than in the open air, the operating temperature of the environment is from minus 45 ° C to plus 40 °C, or T — tropical climate,
- placement category 2 - operation under a canopy or in a room where fluctuations in temperature and humidity are not significantly different from fluctuations in the open air, the operating ambient temperature is from minus 10 °C to plus 45 °C.
Asynchronous motors of the 4AM series, AIR series or AI series are used to complete planetary gear motors.
In agreement with the manufacturer, it is allowed to complete the gear motors with agricultural engines 4A...SU1 and other special engines (marine, explosion-proof design, direct current, low voltage).
