Gasoline vibrators

Gasoline vibrators are construction equipment for leveling and compacting concrete and cement-sand mortar. The devices are equipped with a powerful gasoline drive, which allows them to be used for tamping concrete up to 0.3 m thick. The length of the profile of the vibrating rail depends on the model and ranges from 1.5 to 3.5 meters without additional sections.

The design of the gasoline vibrating rack

Construction vibrators are equipped with a two-stroke gasoline engine. The power unit is characterized by low weight and low fuel consumption. When working with gasoline burners, exhaust gases from fuel combustion are released into the atmosphere. Therefore, gasoline vibrators can only be used outdoors or in rooms with an area of more than 200 m2 equipped with forced ventilation.

After turning on the device, the gasoline engine begins to rotate the vibrator's unbalances, which perform tamping of the concrete mass or leveling of the surface.

Advantages of gasoline vibrators

Unlike electric vibrators, gasoline rails have high performance and greatly accelerate the performance of concrete work. In comparison with electric devices, vibrating rails powered by gasoline are completely autonomous and can be used in facilities where there is no electricity. The ramming speed can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the engine speed.

The scope of application of gasoline vibrators

Gasoline vibrating rails are used to work with all types of concrete: heavy, light, fine-grained, hydraulic, frost-resistant. The equipment is suitable for compacting hard and dry building mixes. Slats are used in the construction of screeds, in monolithic and road construction.
