High-frequency vibrators for concrete

High-frequency vibrators are designed and constructed specifically for use in technological processes where a high frequency of vibration is required.

In this series of vibrators, the values of electrical and magnetic losses are reduced, and this allows you to achieve a decrease in the operating temperature of the electric motor, a high frequency of vibration and an optimal value of static torque at all frequencies of the operating range.

The principle of operation and application

The proposed vibrators have especially found applications in the field of construction for formwork. The increased rotation speed in this case contributes to more frequent fluctuations and their smoother following each other, which is an undeniable advantage during sealing work.

At the same time, the high-frequency inertial vibrator has the same strength and durability as any other vibration drive.

High frequency vibrators are also used together with a frequency converter, so that it can be used from an external 50Hz network.
