Hydraulic distributor: device, principle of operation, scope of application

A hydraulic distributor is an auxiliary type device that changes the vector direction when liquid moves in a system of production units and mechanisms. The meaning of this special device is that in order to activate certain mechanisms, it is necessary to monitor the accuracy and sequence of fluid flow changes. The most common ways to connect the device are: flanged, threaded, butt. A hydraulic distributor can be used for various types of liquids, but the main application of the equipment is for the redistribution of flow, pressure parameters and the level of oil compositions.

The principle of operation

According to the principle of operation, the electric distributor goes through the following stages:

1. The unit is switched on, after which the DC electromagnet located on the housing begins to act on the pusher and the finger.
2. The pusher then transmits the impact to the ball valve, which is pressed against the seat.
3. The hydraulic motor begins to function: it removes liquid from the working system, displacing it into the drain tank.
4. In the opposite direction, the liquid returns when electricity is not supplied to the electromagnet. As a result, the composition enters the working line of the power unit.
5. The working tank is closed using a check valve, as a result, the liquid does not have the ability to move in the system of production mechanisms.

Types and classification of hydraulic valves
