Vertical multistage centrifugal pump with suction and discharge nozzles located on the same level ("in-line"), which provides the possibility of installation in a horizontal single-pipe system. The pump head and base are made of cast iron - all other parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel. The cartridge shaft seal provides high reliability, safe use and easy access for maintenance. The rotation is transmitted through a detachable coupling. The connection of the pipeline is carried out using DIN standard flanges.
The pump is equipped with an asynchronous 3-phase electric motor on the paws, with air cooling. The electric motor includes a frequency converter and a PI controller in the terminal box. This ensures constant smooth control of the motor speed, as well as the ability to adjust the performance characteristics in accordance with the specified requirements. The control panel on the terminal box of the electric motor allows you to set the set value, as well as select the operating mode of the pump: "Min." or "Max." or "Stop". The control panel has "Operation" and "Fault" light indicators.
It is possible to connect to the pump using the Grundfos Go Remote (accessory). The remote control device allows you to make settings and read a number of parameters, such as "Actual value", "Rotation speed", "Power consumption" and total "Power consumption". The terminal box contains terminals for the following connections:
- pump start/stop input (potential-free contact);
- remote setting of the setpoint via an analog signal, 0-10 V, 0(4)-20 mA;
- supply voltage of 10 V to the tuning potentiometer, Imax=5 mA
- One analog sensor input, 0-10 V, 0(4)-20 mA;
- supply voltage of 24 V to the sensor, Imax=40 mA;
- One analog output;
- Three digital inputs;
- one potential-free fault signal relay with a switching contact indicating the "Error", "Operation" or "Ready" mode;
- the RS-485 GENIbus connection.
