DMH 13-10 B-PVC/V/G-X-E1B1B1 Dosing Pump
Review
DMH hydraulic piston diaphragm metering pumps from 0.15 l/h to 2 x 1500 l/h with a pressure range from 200 to 4 bar
General information
The Grundfos DMH series of pumps are highly durable, wear-resistant pumps for applications where reliable dosing and high-pressure operation are required, for example, in production lines. The DMH 28x series has been designed specifically for systems operating under high pressure from 50 to 200 bar. This series is very diverse: it includes a wide range of flow parameters and a variety of sizes of dosing heads, materials and accessories. Customers all over the world have been enjoying the trouble-free operation of DMH pumps for many years.
Accurate dosing - all the time
DMH pumps have very high dosing accuracy and ensure perfect reproducibility of results. For the DMH25x, the pulsation of the dosing flow is < ± 1.5 % в пределах диапазона управления 10-100 %, а отклонение от линейности составляет ± 2 % от предельного значения шкалы. Для DMH28x пульсация потока дозирования составляет < ± 1.0 % в пределах диапазона управления 10-100 %, а отклонение от линейности составляет ± 1 % от предельного значения шкалы.
Uniform dosing with low pulsation
The DMH series combines advanced drive technology and drive mechanism kinematics to ensure uniform dosing with low pulsation without pressure surges. This means less stress on all system components, such as tubes and valves, and provides longer intervals between maintenance cycles for the entire system.
Engines that meet the needs
For applications with special engine requirements, the extensive DMH series offers high-quality 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 100 Hz motors (with variable frequency drive VFD), as well as engines classified as explosion-proof or ATEX certified, if necessary.
Perfectly matched material of the housing and parts in contact with the environment
The DMH series models have a durable die-cast aluminum housing with an epoxy coating to ensure compliance with all applications (grey cast iron if required in API 675). Investment and operating costs for spare parts have remained low for many years: A wide range of materials for dosing heads, valves and accessories allows you to accurately select the desired degree of chemical resistance. All parts in contact with the environment must be resistant to the chemicals used. The membrane is made entirely of PTFE.
Safe and trouble-free operation
A series-mounted safety valve and an active membrane protection system (AMS) protect the pump and the entire system from overpressure in the event of a blockage of the pressure line. In addition, the deaeration valve on the pump ensures high functional safety of the pump, the installation and the entire process. Thanks to the aluminum housing and piston diaphragm technology, DMH pumps have a very long service life and long intervals between maintenance cycles.
Approvals and certificates
For use in potentially explosive areas, we offer engines and pumps classified as explosion-proof or ATEX certified. For petrochemical applications, we offer special versions of our DMH series metering pumps with API 675 certificates.
Flexibility of the pump configuration and application
There are several different product configurations available to meet different requirements: Flexible flow control concept: manual or automatic adjustment of the piston stroke length through the use of an electric servo motor. Pumps equipped with a double diaphragm with a failure indication, or special metering heads with electric heating. The universal scope of application for these pumps is provided by the use of a single-piece PTFE dosing membrane. The parts in contact with the medium are available in a variety of materials that meet almost all dosing needs. Choose the best configuration for your specific application.
