Drum brake systems Pintsch Bubenzer EBN with electrohydraulic drive BUEL they provide effective absorption of mechanical energy without damage to the drive equipment and are made in accordance with DIN 15435 standard. These types of pad brakes are especially popular for holding and stopping mechanisms of crane equipment, production plants in heavy industry.
The materials used in the construction of this line are: base plate and lever made of high-strength cast iron with spherical graphite for sizes up to 400 and welded steel for models over, brake pads made of aluminum with linings made of special organic compounds (do not contain asbestos), fasteners and unpainted parts are made of stainless steel. Setting a constant air gap, reliable position fixation.
Optional options for additional equipment: automatic wear compensation, control of the limit switch and its wear, monitoring systems, manual release lever, connecting elements for the drum (couplings, bushings), enhanced corrosion protection (all-weather version).
