Valves
Characteristics of electromagnetic valves
Special DC electromagnets are used to control and adjust hydraulic equipment or hydraulic distribution systems, which create the necessary magnetic field. Modular valves are used to control the flow of gases and liquids in the system. An overpressure reducer or compensator is used to control and stabilize the operating pressure in the system. The device allows remote control of gas or liquid flows in pipeline systems.
The water and gas pressure compensator provides the following factors for the system:
- stabilizes the working pressure of the flow;
- protects against hydraulic shocks and sudden pressure drops;
- reduces the consumption of working media;
- improves the safety and efficiency of production plants;
- reduces vibration and noise levels.
High pressure compensators interact with automated control systems for special technological processes, which effectively saves human resources and funds. In this case, the control can be carried out either manually with the help of a regulator or with the help of automation systems.
Design features and functionality
There are a large number of types of valves for different media, which vary in design and purpose. A standard solenoid valve is a coil with a core made of ferrimagnetic material, where the magnetic field lines are anchored. The device operates on the principle of transferring current to the coil, thereby creating an electromagnetic field effect on the plunger, opening or closing the valve.
A magnetic pressure compensator for a water pipe is a structure consisting of such elements as:
- body;
- solenoid coil;
- return spring;
- locking element;
- a plunger for a direct-acting valve.
An important advantage of the solenoid type drive is the absence of gears, which ensures the reliability of the device and its minimal wear due to the small number of moving parts. The warranty period of the valve (solenoid) is 10-15 years.
Fields of use of electromagnetic valves
Electromagnets are widely used not only in industry, but also in medicine, everyday life, as well as in vehicle electronics, as components of engines and generators, and magnetic separation devices. Water pressure compensators or pumps can be found in domestic and communal heating, water supply, and sewerage systems. The modular safety valve effectively maintains a constant pressure drop between the active channels, ensuring a constant flow.
Hydraulic solenoid valves are used in systems such as:
- pneumatic;
- hydraulic;
- fuel;
- auxiliary, for example, for remote control of transmission units, attachments, dump trucks, cranes and others.
The company "Salutech " is engaged in the supply of electromagnetic valves of the pressure compensator, as well as other components of the control valves. The products are delivered to any region of the country.
