PUMPING EQUIPMENT for the oil industry
KMN pumps are used for pumping industrial alcohols, light petroleum products, LVL and other liquids in explosive zones. They are equipped with an explosion-proof electric motor. It has proven itself well when working with explosive liquids.
PUMPS KMN 80-65-155, KMN 80-65-175 for petroleum products, cantilever, monoblock
Branches of application:
- chemical and petrochemical industry,
- oil refining industry,
- energy industry,
- fuel storage facilities.
Pumped liquids:
- light oil products (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, etc.),
- technical alcohols,
- pumping of organic synthesis, in particular pyrolysis resin,
- containing solid inclusions in an amount not exceeding 0.01% by weight, with a particle size not exceeding 0.2 mm and a kinematic viscosity of liquids not exceeding 20 cSt. Density 0.71 - 1.0 g/cm3, temperature from – 50aboutFrom to +45aboutWith.
Type of construction:
- The axial force hydraulic discharge system reduces the axial load on the bearings of the electric motor, significantly increasing the life of the pump.
- the flow part of the KMN pumps is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy,
- it is equipped with an explosion-proof electric motor,
- type of climatic design U2,
- mechanical seal - single with additional cuffs,
- it is possible to manufacture pumps according to individual customer requirements (supply, pressure, climatic design, sensor seats, frame, etc.).
- The pump is powered by three-phase alternating current, voltage 380 V.
The warranty is 18 months.
The products are certified in accordance with:
TR CU 010/2011 "On safety of machinery and equipment",
TR CU 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for work in explosive atmospheres".
When purchasing KMN pumps for ships and floating structures, a certificate of conformity of the Russian River Register (RRR) is issued, which indicates that the product meets the requirements of the RRR Rules and is allowed to be used on ships and floating structures with the RRR class.
