The housing of the transmission unit is made of cast aluminum, such a construction ensures tightness and rigidity of the structure. The worms are made of hardened (first) and ionized (second) steel, the crowns are made of bronze.
The shaft is solid type with a keyway connection and a threaded hole for elongation. The motor can be included in the package (single-phase or three-phase) with a flange mount or a version with a shaft for installing a coupling. The gearbox is mounted on the paws or flange, depending on the selected configuration option, horizontal and vertical positioning.
