KEB Angular Gear motors series S They have worm-cylindrical gears in a two-stage configuration, a wide range of reduction coefficients in an economical and compact design. Excellent power characteristics of the supply of mechanical energy to the driven equipment with an orthogonal direction, efficiency up to 94% depending on the selected operating parameters, high torque and overload resistance.
The model range is formed by five standard sizes, nine types of design are available: mounting on paws with a hollow or solid shaft, mounting on a driven shaft through a hollow shaft with a keyway or through a coupling coupling (optionally with a jet rod), flange connection with a solid shaft, hollow shaft with a keyway or a coupling disc, as well as in combination with an end mount. There are only six mounting positions for optimal positioning of the drive unit.
Gearboxes can be equipped with asynchronous electric motors of efficiency classes IE2, IE3. Optionally, it is possible to equip the gear motor with a spring or electromagnetic brake, forced ventilation systems, feedback sensors, temperature sensors, special coatings, individual requirements are available on request.
To increase the reduction multiplicity values, dual gearboxes are also available in combination with cylindrical gearboxes of the G0 - G2 model.
