Cylindrical PIV Drives gearboxes of the Posired N series designed for applications in which it is necessary to ensure the transmission of torque in parallel planes (the axis of the drive mechanism and the axis of the electric motor are located in parallel), gearboxes of this type are widely used in transport and lifting equipment (conveyors, winches, cranes, equipment for the metallurgical industry).
The range of models in this series includes 19 standard sizes based on the principle of a modular concept, designed for vertical and horizontal installation. The bevel-toothed structure of the gear clutch works with less noise, the gears have been hardened and carefully ground.
The split assembly housing is available on request in three material options: steel, gray and graphite cast iron with spheroidal inclusions. The output shaft can have a standard design, elongated, hollow or flanged. The input shaft is solid and its elongated variation. Various types of coupling couplings are available for additional equipment for the integration of the gearbox and the cooling system (fans, heat exchangers).
