ESR20N Vacuum Pumps Root
The ESR series vacuum pump is a dry two-rotor vacuum pump with a multistage design, characterized by very high chemical resistance of the parts. A dry Roots booster pump is included in the pump design as an auxiliary stage, which increases pumping speed.
Compared with pumps from other manufacturers with AC motors, Ebara's ESR series dry pumps have high performance (from 78 to 2760 m3/h) and minimal maintenance costs, which are achieved by using a multi-stage pumping mechanism and a DC electric motor.
The electric motor is equipped with an intelligent control device that regulates operation depending on the vacuum level and switches the electric motor to standby mode if the pump is not in use. This pump also consumes less electrical energy, cooling water, and nitrogen.
