The Kromschroder DIFF pressure switch sensor. DG 50U-3
Product Description
The KROM SHRODER DG6U-3 32Z pressure switch article 30245-BT is used in automation systems of gas equipment. Performs the function of controlling the discharge pressure of the gas. The device has compact dimensions, is easy to set up and install, and is undemanding in operation.
Key Features
- Maximum system pressure: 600 mbar.
- Working environment: non-aggressive gases.
- The setting is in the range of 0.4-6 mbar.
- The response is within the range of 0.2-0.3 mbar.
Features
The device is equipped with a polymer housing with a transparent lid, which performs the function of protecting working parts from dust and moisture.
The membrane acts on the electrical contacts, ensuring the closure/opening/switching of the electrical circuit and sending a signal to the control device.
The rotary dial with markings allows you to adjust the switching parameters without using a pressure gauge.
Membrane pressure sensors (sensors) for DG gas (without silicone) monitor the minimum allowable pressure drop and short-circuit, open or switch contacts when the set point of operation is reached. The trigger point is adjusted using a handwheel. The sensors monitor overpressure and gas dilution in various industrial installations where gas and air are used, for example, fan pressure monitoring and differential pressure in gorenje systems, control in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Setting ranges: from 0.4 to 500 mbar.
DG..B for overpressure.
DG..U for overpressure, vacuum and differential pressure.
DG..H with locking when pressure increases.
DG..N with locking when the pressure decreases.
DG..I for negative gas pressure.
DG..T with NPT connection.
DG..S for oxygen and ammonia (without tolerance).
Electrical connection: terminals with cable entry M16x1.5 or standard connector.
The following versions are available:
- relay sensors with gold-plated contacts for voltages <24 В,
- pressure switch sensors with control lamp,
- pressure switch sensors DG..BS with membrane for oxygen and ammonia (not for combustible gas),
- pressure switch sensors with external setting.
