Function Description
The semi-rotary actuator is a pneumatic two-piston actuator, which is primarily designed to control flaps and ball valves. This double action and return spring (single action) are available. The double piston principle provides high torque with minimal external dimensions. The rotation angle can be adjusted by ± 6° using the standard end position adjustment.

Due to the double piston principle, the force of the pistons rotating in opposite directions is transmitted to the common gear through two toothed rails rigidly connected to the pistons. This principle provides a linear torque curve throughout the entire stroke.
