Electromagnetic vibrators AViTEQ series MV They are designed for unloading bunkers with bulk or lumpy materials as part of vibrating feeder installations, transporting raw materials on vibrating conveyors, carrying out screening, sorting processes, etc. Their main task is to ensure uniform movement, dosing accuracy and consistency of stroke. A high level of performance in very compact formats, the enclosed housing design reliably protects the drive from dust and water ingress.
This line is very simple and maintenance-free, the vibrators are easy to set up, and their design has no wear-prone parts. This is a reliable and high-quality equipment designed for a long service life. On request, versions are available for use in hazardous areas (Ex), for conditions of high humidity.
AVITEQ also offers a wide range of compatible transducers for remote control of vibration installations, namely the SRA, SC, SA and SD series of controllers.
