Absolute Optical encoders TWK-ELEKTRONIK DAB series They have an aluminum flange and housing, a stainless steel shaft, 12 mm ball bearings with an O-ring, an encoding disk made of glass or durable plastic, GaAIA diodes, a photo-transistor matrix, a data switching bus, a special multifunctional ASIC microprocessor and a 12-bit D/A converter. Absolute optical encoders of such series as: DAB 58, DAB 65, DAB 66 have different sizes - shaft, flange and housing, as well as different number and type of electrical contacts. The DAB encoders were developed based on the single-turn encoders of the CBE series. They are distinguished by an electro-optical sensor system with digital signal processing and a D/A converter that is included in the package.
