The FMI model is a medium-speed vertical stirrer with drive directly from the electric motor, designed for mixing, dispersing and recycling processes. These agitators are widely used in the processes of powerful and high-speed mixing of products in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The most suitable surface treatment is carefully selected for each process.
They are installed in capacities up to 20,000 liters, usually for working with low-viscosity media.
The principle of operation
In order to prevent the product being mixed from being involved in circular motion, the data stirrers they are mounted eccentrically to the axis of the device or centrally with the installation of deflectors.
The rotation of the propeller directs the product to the bottom of the container, and then to the surface along the walls of the tank. The best result is achieved with a convex bottom.
