Company Marelli Motori has developed a wide range of models of electric generators for the joint use of energy and heat generated with a wide range of power values up to 12,500 kVA covering low, medium and high levels.
Generator design MJHR It is enclosed in a rigid frame made of durable steel and additional stiffeners for even greater strength. Cast iron body (grey and with spherical graphite), forged shaft made of laminated carbon steel, diameter from 290 mm and above, design on request. The stator/rotor windings are coated with unsaturated polyester and polyamide resins, insulation class – H (synthetic enamel). Protection against radio interference of class B (EN 55011). Installation is horizontal, other variations on request.
The heat exchanger is installed in the upper part, consists of a double pipe (CuNi 90/10, copper plates), equipped with a water leakage sensor. Rated operating pressure is 6 bar (tested at 10 bar), power up to 200 kW, flow rate up to 18 cubic meters /hour, fresh or sea water.
They are used to work with steam and gas turbines.
